Collect Rings and Sonic Hero Points to unlock Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles!

1. Collect Rings in Battles: Play battles to collect Rings and progress through the Event. Once you’ve collected enough, you’ll be able to unlock Sonic! 2. Daily Reward Rings: During the Sonic Event, you will get Rings for winning battles as well as the normal 3 daily rewards! 3. Upgrade Sonic: After you’ve unlocked Sonic, all Rings can be spent in the Event Journey to earn Sonic Hero Points. Spend Sonic Hero Points in his unique Hero Journey to upgrade Sonic, unlock Tails, and Knuckles, and earn cosmetics! Also keep an eye out in the Shop for Sonic Hero Points offers! 4. Dr. Eggman Attacks Modifier: In Gem-Hunt Dr. Eggman crashes into the Mine in his Egg Mobile, dropping bonus Event currency and wreaking havoc! Defeating him grants tons of Rings! This Modifier will appear at random in the regular rotation during the week, but on weekends it becomes a Highlighted Modifier that you can play as much as you want! 5. Green Hill Zone: Race into the iconic Green Hill Zone from the Sonic universe, coming to all Game Modes during the Sonic Event. Featuring new Badnik enemies, this vibrant map adds a nostalgic edge to every battle. Will be available in rotation even after the Event ends!

Dr. Eggman has invaded the Squadiverse! The Dr. Eggman Attacks Modifier is the best way to collect Rings!

1. Sonic Release Event: Collect Rings in Green Hill Zone on all Game Modes to earn Chests and Unlock Sonic! 2. Sonic Hero Journey: After you’ve unlocked Sonic, his Hero Journey will become available where you can spend Sonic Hero Points to unlock the following:

• Sonic’s Active Ability, Passive Ability, Turbo, and their upgrades.

• Tails

• Knuckles

• Funky Sonic Skin

• Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles Emotes

• Star Tokens

• Choice Chests

• Style Tickets

• Chest Multipliers

1. Start Date & Duration: The Sonic Event starts Tuesday, June 17th at 11:00 UTC and lasts until Monday, July 7!

🌀 How He Works

Sonic dashes into battle with unmatched speed, and when things heat up, he transforms into Super Sonic to lead a high-speed assault!

• Activate Super Sonic to become invincible for a short time.

• While active, your whole Squad moves and attacks faster!

• Moving with Turbo charges Super Sonic faster so stay on the move!

• Speedster units become stronger and tougher just by having Sonic in the Squad!

⚡ Super Sonic (Power Move)

Transforming for 20 seconds of blazing speed and strength!

Level 1: Becomes Super Sonic and gives a big Speed Boost. Level 2: Super Sonic lasts longer and recharges faster. Level 3: Super Sonic boosts Attack Speed even more.

💨 Gotta-Go-Fast (Trait)

Moving with Turbo powers up Super Sonic faster!

Level 1: Turbo recharges Super Sonic faster Level 2: Speedsters get Extra Health. Level 3: Speedsters get an Attack Boost. Level 4: Speedsters get more Extra Health. Level 5: Speedsters get a bigger Attack Boost.

🚀 Turbo (Speed Boost + Mobility)

Sonic is the ultimate Speedster and gives significant Speed Boosts!

Level 1: Speed Boosts Squad movement. Level 2: Turbo recharges faster. Level 3: Starts with Extra Turbo. Level 4: Turbo recharge much faster. Level 5: Starts with more Extra Turbo.

Level 1 (Trait): Pilots his Cyclone Walker.

• Tails joins the Squad piloting his Cyclone Walker, shooting from its Laser Cannon.

• If destroyed, Tails escapes “on-foot” and rebuilds the Cyclone Walker in 20s.

• While on-foot, Tails attacks with a ranged attack (wrench) and moves with a flying animation. His flying animation is stylistic and provides no gameplay benefit.

Level 2 (Power Move): Cyclone Walker fires a powerful Laser blast.

• Cyclone Laser is an aimable, far reaching laser attack that pierces all enemies.

• If Cyclone Walker is destroyed, using the Power Move instantly rebuilds it.

Level 3 (Trait): Tails & Cyclone Walker attack much faster.

• Tails and Cyclone Walker get increased Attack Speed.

Level 1 (Trait): Occasionally digs and finds loot.

• Every 15s, Knuckles can dig in place and emerge shortly after with a random loot item.

• While digging, Knuckles is immune to damage and cannot be targeted.

• Emerges with an AoE attack that knocks back foes (same AoE as his Power Move).

Level 2 (Power Move): Dives into a Digging Charge

• Aimed attack that sends Knuckles digging underground.

• While digging, Knuckles is immune to damage and cannot be targeted.

• After a fixed distance (or before an obstacle), Knuckles emerges with an AoE attack..

• AoE attack deals knockback damage.

• This ability can also be used to collect loot at a distance.

Level 3 (Trait): Emerges from digging with a Spiral Uppercut

• AoE attack when emerging has bigger AoE and more knockback damage.

• Knuckles does a Spiral Uppercut animation.

• This applies to digging from both the Trait and the Power Move.

Two types of offers will be available in the Shop:

• Sonic Unlock + Sonic Hero Points: Perfect if you missed unlocking Sonic during the Event.

• Sonic Hero Points: For players who already have Sonic and want to keep powering him up.

Keep an eye on the Shop for special offers to boost your Sonic progress—some will be available as in-app purchases, while others can be picked up with Coins. Plus, the Sonic Event will return regularly, so you’ll have more chances in the future to jump in!
